Non-Faulty Goods
If you have had a change of heart, you must return the item to us unused and in its original condition, with original packaging and within 30 days of placing your order for a refund. Please remember to include your order number and full name in your message, so that we can quickly identify your order.

Faulty Goods
We carry out extensive quality control checks on all of our orders, but we are human... and sometimes things do get missed. If your order should arrive damaged, faulty or of low quality, we are happy to provide exchanges and replacements, subject to photographic evidence being provided to us. Images can be sent via email to mireya.design@outlook.com or via the direct message feature on our social media pages and selling platforms such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy. Please remember to include your order number and full name in your message, so that we can quickly identify your order.

Exceptions
For some of our items, returns cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons, or due to the customisation nature of the product, which would make it unsuitable for resale. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item that you have received, we will be happy to offer a full refund where possible - this is subject to our terms and conditions.
Postage Fees
Due to the fact that we are a small business, we will unfortunately not be able to refund any postage costs incurred when returning or exchanging an order. Thank you for your understanding.
