Hello

My name is David Kenward and I'm the Business Manager at Mireya Design. I'm also the owner and founder of Mireya Group Ltd., which is the parent organisation of the Mireya franchise. I chose to name the brand "Mireya" after my niece, because I wanted it to have a more personal meaning - you'll often see her featured in our promotional photos and videos! The name is of Spanish origin, meaning ‘miracle’ or ‘admired’.

I hope you will agree that it’s a lovely name. It’s also quite a fitting name for the business, as most of our profits end up being spent on my niece Mireya anyway!

The logo is an M for Mireya, but it is also shaped like a heart, which symbolises love, compassion and connection. These are the principles that this company was built on, and they're what will continue to guide the company's decisions and behaviours in the future. Even as the brand has grown over the years and has now reached a global audience, we have always remained true to our slogan: “We do everything with love."

Our #HeartOfGold logo is officially trademarked and registered with the Intellectual Property Office. The gold colour scheme symbolises quality and durability, which is what we promise to deliver with all of our products. When people see gold, they think of excellence, and that's exactly what we want people to think of when they think of the Mireya brand.
